The scope assignment tool has two main purposes:

1. To assign/unassign partner locations to Admin users.
2. To view what Admins already have been assigned to what partners.

There are four steps to accomplish this goal:

1. Select the admin on the left side.
2. Filter the partner locations.
3. Check off the partners you wish to use.
4. Choose Assign/Unassign.

Of note is that multiple Admins may be assigned to a partner location.

The filters allow you to see who is assigned to a partner or what partners are assigned to a specific Admin. (is this necessary, I feel like this functionality may not be apparent unless it is called out).
