There are two permissions associated with Recruiter:

1. Manage Recruits - allows a user to see and record data for a recruit record.
2. Approve Recruits - allows a user to approve a recruit, which transitions the recruit data into partner, location, and contact data.

In addition to the permissions, the Recruiter allows you to enable emails for both System Admin > Recruit Coordinators and Recruit Final Approvals. This is done beneath Tool Options.

To view, edit, and enable/disable specific emails that are sent by the system, please go to Recruits > Manage Email Notifications.

Provides an easy way to edit/add/delete the check list that is used in Recruiter.

When editing an email, you may embed pre-made 'tags' that provide information that is pulled from the application. The available tags are listed beneath the email and would be used within the following format:
