There are two roles associated with Recruiter and they are set up beneath Recruits → Manage Other Settings:

1. Recruit Coordinator(s) - Persons assigned this role will receive the “New Application Received” email notification.
2. Recruit Final Approval - Persons assigned this role will receive the “Recruit Application ready for Final Approval” email notification.

Also of note, is that any internal user who has access to the internal recruiter application can make edits to the recruit record. However, no notification will be sent out without one of the 2 roles being checked off above.
