Steps to import new contacts:

1. Download this template contact-import.xls
2. Fill in the information needed
3. Upload excel file
4. You be brought to the preview screen. Here will display all rows and the statuses.
   • Statuses: Will be imported, Will be Held
5. Check it over to make sure everything is ok then click on proceed

If there are data that is status: “Will be held” then go to manage held contacts to assign to partner and locations.
