Campaigns are used as a tracking mechanism for expenditures and actual leads. The admin team can log the costs of the lead campaign, associated notes, and partners. By using the quick stats, the application allows for a cross reference of leads by campaign and final outcome (via partner feedback).
Yes. You can get email notifications when any one of your partners gets a new lead. anthony's FAQ says this is a user preference, but i don't see where to set it(?)
Your system administrator controls which partners are “yours” via your “scope”.
Leads may be assigned in 2 ways - either individually or via bulk assignment. For individual lead assignment, click on the lead ID, select the forwarding options at the top.
For bulk assignment, check off the leads on the list screen then use the forwarding tools at the bottom of that list page.
There are three ways to get leads into the system.
Yes - this action is available from the main lead list page. You would check off the leads you wished to qualify and select 'qualify' using the action drop down at the bottom.
channelLEADS offers the ability to view quick stats information that shows counts of leads over a time period by disposition, feedback, partner, and campaign. The quick stats interface, allows the viewer to click on the count, and have access to the actual leads that have been tallied. For your specific question, we would recommend looking at the Quick Stats by feedback - which shows the tally of leads assigned, marked as good, marked as bad, leads that have yet to receive feedback, and leads marked as a sale.
Yes. You can check actions taken upon a lead via the lead history log on the detail screen. To access this screen, you would click on the lead ID on the lead list. The history is shown on the right of the detail screen.
Throughout the application there are explicit 'edit' links for the viewers use. Also, when a user performs a mouseover over a field and it turns yellow, this denotes that the field is editable. The user would right click to make the edit.
(System admin permission, System Admin, Tool Options) [may want to break this out into 2-4 questions - email edits, routing methods, bad lead send-to's, auto-post direct assignment.]
