====== Recruit Summary ======
As recruits either sign up or are entered into the system, they will be listed beneath the Summary list.
From this list a user may access the details by clicking on the recruit name. 


==== Filtering By Statuses: ====
Statuses are categorized into two categories: 
  * Active 
  * Closed

The Active Category is for recruit applications that still need action taken on them. The Closed Category is for recruit applications that have gone through the process and a decision has been made.
